Account and data deletion
You can delete your Onzio account and the data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to delete your account in the Onzio app (developer: Onzio) and which data is deleted or kept.
Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Onzio app.
- Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account”, read the consequences and continue.
- Type the requested word “DELETE” and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you open the app again on the same phone, a new, empty account is created.
Data that is deleted
- Your nickname, favourite team, trophy and league information and match statistics.
- Your device ID link and linked Apple/Google identity.
- Your device and app information and notification tokens.
- Your daily mission, challenge and streak records and fan counters.
- Your My Team squad and card collection.
- Your unused purchased matches (extra-match balance).
- Your disputes can no longer be linked to you. A match in progress ends as a forfeit; you are removed from the queue, rooms and tournaments.
Data that is kept or handled differently
- Match records: They remain so that your opponents’ match history is not broken; you appear in them as “Deleted player” and the record can no longer be linked to you.
- Anonymised account record: The deleted account’s random internal ID remains, with your nickname, team, device ID and other personal links removed.
- Purchase records: Kept for 10 years because of tax and accounting obligations; they no longer identify you. For the record at RevenueCat, write to [email protected].
- Active ban: If your account is banned, the sanction record and device ID link are kept for as long as the ban lasts, to prevent evasion; your profile information is still deleted.
- Short-lived technical records: Server access logs (at most 30 days), error logs (at most 30 days) and usage metrics (at most 90 days) are deleted automatically.
- Google ad data: If you watched a rewarded ad, data Google processed during the ad is subject to Google’s own policy. You can manage your Google data at myaccount.google.com.
For detailed retention periods, see the Privacy Policy.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access your phone or the app, send your deletion request to [email protected]. So that we can identify your account, include your nickname, favourite team and approximate trophy count; we may ask for additional information to verify the request. We will complete your request within 30 days at most.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
