Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of the Onzio app, its web version and its server services. By using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Service and age limit
Onzio is a football knowledge game played against opponents or bots in sections such as Name the Player, Name the Coach, Squad Duel, Draft Match, Football XOX, Blind Ranking, Auction and My Team. The service is provided by Oğuzhan. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app; users who are minors are expected to use it with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Account
Your account is created with an anonymous ID generated on your device. Look after your account as you would your phone; you can optionally link it to an Apple or Google identity to recover it on a new phone. You may not transfer, sell or rent your account. You can delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → “Hesabımı sil” (Delete my account); details are in the Privacy Policy and on the Delete account page.
Fair play and prohibited conduct
It is essential that the game stays fair for everyone. The following is prohibited:
- Cheating, including using programs, bots, macros or similar tools that automatically find, speed up or relay answers or club and player data to you.
- Reverse-engineering, modifying or overloading the app, the server or the communication, or trying to bypass security measures.
- Farming trophies with multiple accounts, deliberately losing or arranging matches to pass trophies to someone else, or manipulating the rankings.
- Frequently abandoning matches and spoiling opponents’ experience.
- Harassment, hate speech or threats towards other players. There is no free chat in the game; misusing the ready-made reactions for these purposes is also prohibited.
- Abusing the dispute mechanism with false, mass or bad-faith disputes.
- Abusing the rewarded-ad system with fake viewing, automated clicking or attempts to bypass reward verification.
Nickname rules
- A nickname must be 3 to 16 characters long and may contain only letters, digits, spaces and underscores.
- Profanity, insults, hate, and sexual or violent expressions are not allowed.
- Names that impersonate a person, organisation or club, or that suggest an administrator, moderator, bot, official or system, are not allowed.
- Names containing personal information such as a phone number, address or social media account are not allowed.
We may reject or change names that do not follow these rules, or sanction the account.
Sanctions
- Cooldown: Players who often abandon matches are kept out of the matchmaking queue for a while.
- Trophy correction: Trophies won through cheating or manipulation may be taken back.
- Temporary or permanent ban: Accounts may be banned for serious or repeated violations. A banned account cannot earn trophies or rewards and cannot change its profile.
- Sanctions may be applied without prior warning. A ban cannot be evaded by deleting the account or reinstalling the app; deleting a banned account does not lift the ban, and trying to evade a ban is a new violation.

Virtual trophies, coins and rewards
Trophy points, leagues, streaks, coins, cards, packs and daily mission rewards are only virtual in-game indicators. They have no monetary value; they cannot be converted into money, gifts or anything else of value, and cannot be transferred or sold. Trophies may be reset or reduced at the end of seasons; we may change rules, rewards and ranking methods over time. For “+10 matches”, the only product sold for real money, see “In-app purchase” below.
Rewarded ads
The app contains rewarded ads that you can optionally choose to watch, served by Google AdMob. The reward is granted after our server verifies that the ad was watched; it may not be granted if the ad is not completed, cannot be verified or a daily limit has been reached. How ad data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy. Ad content belongs to third parties; we are not responsible for it or for the sites it links to.
In-app purchase (“+10 matches”)
Onzio is free to download and play. When your free daily matches run out (currently 8 per day), you can optionally buy the consumable “+10 matches” pack. Nothing else is sold for real money; in particular, no random card or player pack can be bought with real money (card packs are earned only with in-game coins or by watching rewarded ads).
- Price and payment: The price is shown in your local currency, including applicable taxes, in the App Store or Google Play; the amount on the store’s confirmation screen at purchase applies. Apple or Google takes the payment and your card details never reach us. The purchase is also subject to the store’s own terms.
- Delivery: The matches are added to your account once the payment is confirmed and the purchase is verified. If verification is delayed they are added shortly afterwards; if you were charged but did not receive the matches, write to [email protected].
- Nature of the matches: Purchased matches are a licence to use virtual content inside the app. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, resold, transferred or gifted. They are tied to your account, never expire and are used after your free daily matches. If we permanently shut the service down, we will act as the applicable consumer law requires regarding unused purchased matches.
- Account: Purchased matches stay with your account. If you delete your account, all unused matches are deleted and cannot be restored or moved to another account. If you did not link your account to Apple or Google, you may not be able to recover it on a new phone (see the Privacy Policy).
- Refunds: Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules; request a refund from the store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: your order history). If a refund is granted, we may remove the matches credited for that purchase from your account.
- Right of withdrawal: Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once performance has begun with your express consent (Turkey: Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ğ); EU: Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m)). The matches are credited as soon as your payment is confirmed. By tapping the buy button and confirming the payment in the store, you ask us to deliver them immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once they are delivered. Your mandatory statutory rights, such as those for defective performance, remain unaffected.
Data accuracy and disputes
Player, club, career and value data is compiled from various sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. We give no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness or currency of the data. If you see an answer that was not accepted, a wrong value or a missing player in a match, you can report it from the “İtiraz et” (Dispute) section on the result screen. Disputes are reviewed; where a dispute is upheld, the trophies lost in that match are refunded. We reserve the right to change the result of a match as a result of a dispute; we give no firm commitment on review time or outcome.
Intellectual property and third-party names
The app’s software, design, texts and data compilation belong to Oğuzhan. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Club and player names are used only descriptively, as factual information. No club logos, kits, player photos or similar registered imagery are used; clubs are shown by colour, abbreviation and city name. Onzio is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by clubs, players, leagues, federations, Apple or Google. All names and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, faults or connection problems, and matches may be cut short. We may change or discontinue all or part of the service. We wait 20 seconds for a disconnected player; if they do not return, the match is decided in the opponent’s favour.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. Subject to mandatory legal provisions, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, or loss of trophies and rankings arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where consumer law does not allow liability to be limited.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes, without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, the consumer arbitration committees and the courts of the consumer’s place of residence, as well as the Turkish courts and enforcement offices, have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain reserved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current text is always published at this address and the effective date at the top changes. We will announce important changes in the app or in release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the current terms.
